Delphi Laboratories, Inc.
| Location: | New Hampshire, US | | Speaker: | Scott Earnshaw | | Title: | President | | Primary Industry: | Materials | | Executive Summary: | Delphi Labs was established to market nanotech coatings and coating components imported from a leading innovator in the Japanese market. Our primary niche is in providing binders to our customers through which they can deliver their own cutting-edge, functional ingredients. Our silicon dioxide-based binders are competitive in terms of thinness, transparency and longevity. Nearly any nanotech material that is dependent on surface area for efficacy will benefit from our superior binder.
We also market three groups of products employing our binders to deliver proven materials from other material manufacturers: (1) easy-maintenance coatings employing photocatalysts or enzymes (2) thermal insulating window coatings; and (3) photocatalytic deodorizers.
Many of our products employ the latest in titanium dioxide photocatalysis. Sumitomo Chemical’s doped tio2 no longer requires UV radiation to trigger photocatalytic activity. Instead, the lights in a typical hotel room are sufficient to clear away tobacco odors in as few as 4-6 hours.
Because of rapid developments in nanotechnology, our existing products may be rendered obsolete in a matter of years. Hence, our desire is to identify partners who have established distribution channels or experience commercializing one or more of our core products. | | Venture is: | Seed Level |
