Executive Summary:	Prism Solar Technologies Inc. (PST) is a privately held, early staged company, incorporated February 2005 in the State of Delaware, to manufacture a new proprietary photovoltaic (PV) module that uses transparent holographic optical elements to collect, spectrally select, and focus daylight onto the solar cells. Unique Competitive Advantage: PST’s sustainable strategic advantage lies in its patented core holographic technology. Conventional modules typically see a reduction in the performance from the cell level to the module level caused by area loss in the panel and a mismatch in the performance of the cells that go into the module. With the incorporation of the holographic planar concentrator into the module, up to 55%-85% of the more expensive silicon cells can be reduced, lowering the module cost-per-watt dramatically. PST’s holographic optical system can also be used with any PV cell technology.
