Executive Summary:	HSM Systems, Inc was founded for the research, development, and commercialization of novel hydrogen storage media. Hydrogen has the potential to become a key component of a renewable, sustainable energy system of the future. The benefits of hydrogen make it a versatile energy carrier and a fuel that could be extensively used in a near future. HSM Systems will be launching an initial product into existing markets in 2006. This will create a viable business while the energy and transportation markets are still emerging. This first product will be price and weight competitive with a Hydrogen Gas Bottle, but will use a preferred form factor and significant reduction in volume. The typical end users of hydrogen in this market are research professionals and research laboratories. This segment constitutes a large niche market serviced by a large diversity of hydrogen storage providers and sizes and types of storage containers. This niche market, due to the nature of the individuals involved, is open to changes and evinces an interest in exploring new materials, new solutions, and new products. HSM Systems will be able to generate an early profit while its development of advanced materials progresses.
