ISTC International Science & Technology Center

The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC), an intergovernmental, nonprofit organization, finds practical ways to redirect creativity and intellectual capabilities of former weapons scientists towards meeting global nonproliferation targets and technological R&D demands of international business and industry. Founded in 1992, ISTC is supported by Canada, EU, Japan, Korea, Norway, Russian Federation, CIS, and USA. ISTC assists governmental and commercial organizations to source highly skilled research teams, offering full project assistance to take forward R&D development and commercialization. More than 70,000 scientific experts from 700 institutes across Russia and CIS have been engaged in ISTC projects.
