Executive Summary:Blue Dart is a tool for pharmaceuticals\' billion dollar quest for the electronic structure that would define a drug. It is a software suite based on Quantum Dynamics for molecular engineering. It provides high resolution snapshots of chemical reactions. Blue Dart calculates the transition state of an enzyme reaction and provides estimates of their speed. Blue Dart also estimates properties of chemicals in their crystalline form. This is beneficial in studying the drugs\' effective storage techniques and predicting the properties of nano-materials. Blue Dart web service version is a teaching tool for Quantum Mechanics based courses as well as a learning platform for professionals in molecular modeling. The web service, sequence of automatic steps and manual activities assisted by computational chemists, mimics a business workflow to provide an interactive and effective learning platform for students and professionals. Blue Dart Lite version will be targeted at individual researchers at Universities, small biotech and national labs. The web service version will be aimed at students and professionals across the globe and the enterprise version will be marketed to the pharmaceuticals.
