Executive Summary:We are a start-up company that is developing organic photovoltaic devices (“solar cells”) to be used primarily in solar modules, and secondarily in portable consumer electronic devices. Our initial goal is to manufacture and provide solar cells for incorporation into solar modules. Our product is differentiated by its green manufacturing process, low raw material costs and capital investment costs which in combination afford a low cost product with the ability to scale to meet market demand. Our nanobiocomposite photovoltaic cell based on a proprietary materials and device architecture delivers this low cost, scalable and environmentally friendly product platform. We are currently in the process of scaling the technology.
