Executive Summary:We will design, produce and sell tidal and river in-stream turbines to produce renewable energy. There are two related solutions: Micro-turbines producing about 100 watts for charging batteries for sensors and transmitters on ocean buoys and surveillance systems, and small turbines producing about 5 kW for near-shore deployment to power coastal facilities and communities. The micro-turbine customers are the US Navy, NOAA, the Coast Guard, universities, and their counterparts around the world. The small turbine customers are shoreline facilities and communities around the world. Both markets have extremely high costs of energy now and our turbines will be very cost-competitive. Our competitive advantage is being located in Seattle Washington where our customers are located and where we have tremendous technical resources available, and our patent-pending solution for both increasing current flow and power and shipping/deployment.
