Giant Dielectric Materials from Nanoparticle Barium and Strontium Titanates

|I.P. Brief:||Nanoparticles of Barium strontium titanate with giant dielectrics constants (>100,000) were successfully made. The method involved using reverse micelle technology. Nanostructures are fabricated inside reverse micelle nanoreactors and thus can be made using low temperatures (i.e. 5-100 C) in contrast to the prior art. |
