Executive Summary:Cutting edge technology embedded in a unique sensoring unit allows monitoring of motion data over time in an enclosed and detachable MicroSD card or wireless for realtime analysis. The unit is very small and light, it can easily be mounted anywhere on the skin of the user via a solution developed in cooperation with the 3M Company and made especially for this sensor. Several units can be use at the same time, synchronizing pulses between them ensure corresponding data intervals and that more units can be used synchronous and analysed in the same 3D model. This unit is new to the world, never before have people been able to accurately monitor motion anywhere without the need for wires, integrated suits or video cameras. This unit weights approximately 1 ounce depending upon application and has a battery capacity of up 30 hours and the included 2 GB MicroSD card can contain all of the datamaterial recorded in this period. All captured motion data can be viewed in the open source 3D dataformat C3D, which all of the leading motion analysis and 3D programs are able to read and animate for indepth data analysis.

“A major challenge for both the technology and the financial communities is finding a forum in which all parties can interact and explore possibilities for future innovation. TechConnect was created to fill this void, bringing both sides together under one roof into a setting that ultimately will help significant ground-breaking concepts come to life.”
Matthew Laudon, Co-Founder and Director of TechConnect
