| Executive Summary: | Azaya has a novel, patented nanotechnology drug delivery system that it is utilizing to develop safer and more effective cancer treatments. The technology platform is “Protein Stabilized Nanoparticles” (“PSN”) and is a new method of producing liposomes and other nanoparticles that overcomes all of the historical problems of utilizing liposomes as an effective drug delivery technology. The PSN method forms, sizes and loads liposomes in a one step process. Importantly, all of Azaya’s products in development utilize active pharmaceutical ingredients (“API”) that are proven to be effective. |
