Both companies are based in Ohio. Davey made a minority equity investment in Exacter. Davey Resource Group provides natural resource and utility consulting services to commercial, residential, and government clients. Exacter CEO John Lauletta notes in the release that the deal with give his company a “broader base of customers for marketing its technology.” This latest deal could double the size of Exacter’s workforce.
