Indo-Australian Biotechnology Fund (IABF) is jointly managed by the governments of both countries.
According to the release, the top areas of interest for the program include: bio-medical devices and implants, stem cells, vaccines, medical diagnostics, transgenic crops/marker-assisted breeding, nutraceuticals/functional foods, bioremediation, and bioenergy and biofuels. The IABF has existed for more than 7 years between India and Australia.
