Save the Date! TechConnect Venture Forum Takes Place June 16, 2011!

Corporate Venture Capital Session, business pitches, and networking reception with global business and investment executives in the areas of nanotech, cleantech, and biotech.

The TechConnect Venture Forum, which will take place June 16 at the Hynes Convention Center, Boston, MA, US is the world’s largest venue for young companies working with nanotechnologies, cleantechnologies, and biotechnologies.

Each presenter has been pre-screened by the TechConnect Advisory Committee, which includes members representing leading business, investment, and research organizations from around the world. Presenting companies range from seed level up to C-round of financing, and the companies are seeking investments, corporate partners, or both.

On June 16, the TechConnect Venture Forum will open with presentations from leading corporate venture capitalists, including BASF, BP, Honda, and Panasonic. The afternoon program will consist of company pitches, followed by a networking reception for presenters, speakers, and attendees.

The TechConnect Venture Forum covers more than a dozen industry sectors impacted by emerging technologies, including advanced materials semiconductors, renewable energy, traditional energy, electronics, and biotech/pharma.

TechConnect is pleased to have the support of the National Venture Capital Association and the National Association of Seed & Venture Funders. Several leading venture firms participate in the venture review process, including Atrium Capital, Harris & Harris, In-Q-Tel, MSBi Valorisation, NanoDimension AG, Rockport Capital, and Sofinnova Ventures.
