UCLA Metal Organic Frameworks for gas storage and separation, sensors, and catalysis- UCLA has developed extensive classes of crystalline porous materials, ranging from metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), metal-catecholates (M-CATs), metal triazolates (METs), and multivariate (MTV) MOFs, that can be used in clean energy storage and generation, electrically conductive materials, gas sensors, and catalysis.
